Shipping

After you log in to our website to track your order, your orders are listed on your account page. You can track the status of your order in cargo by clicking on the cargo link next to your cargo order. 

After logging in to our shopping site,   you can track the status of your order in the  "My Orders" section. Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days (Monday-Friday)  after the bank approval is received.

Depending on the distance of the delivery address from our company, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days .

In case of any problems caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.

Delivery is not made on holidays and public holidays. 

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with the GABBIA DENIM  guarantee.

You will be notified of the products you have purchased with a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you regarding the issue and you will be notified of the date the product will be in stock.

GabbiaDenim  is an online  shopping  site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, the consumer may buy the same product and the product is out of stock;

If the product you have paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within these dates, the payment made will be refunded to the consumer.

Order & Returns

First of all, you need to make sure that the membership form you fill out when registering contains complete and up-to-date information. In case of any problems that arise after your order, our customer representatives will contact you using the contact information in your membership information. Your order will be sent to the delivery address you entered. In order to avoid any problems during cargo delivery, you must write your address in full detail. 

In order to order through our website, you must first become a member of our website. After creating your membership, you can add the product to your basket by going to the page of the product you want to buy, choosing the color and size you like, and clicking the "Add to Basket" button. Then, you can click on "My Basket" on the top right of our page, enter your payment information after the cargo and delivery information that the system will ask you, and place your order.

The shipping fee, which will be calculated by the system based on your shopping on our site, will be specified during the shipping selection at the ordering stage.

After your order reaches our system without any problems, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you used when registering on our site, stating the details of your order. Our customer representatives will prepare your products and ship them to you in order to deliver your order to you as soon as possible without any problems. After we receive your order, it will be shipped within 4 business days at the latest. When your product is delivered to the cargo company, we will send you another e-mail and inform you about the cargo. You can make your payments with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard credit cards, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery. 

You can track all orders you have placed on our website from the "My Orders" section on your "My Account" page after logging in to your membership.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the cargo officer you received. If there is any damage to the product, have a report drawn up by the cargo company and do not accept the product. Please remember that after receiving the product, you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

Every product you purchase is under the warranty of the manufacturer. 

You can return the product you purchased without opening/destroying/damaging its packaging and without using the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Return the product with a petition or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number. 

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received. If there is any damage to the product, have a report drawn up by the cargo company and do not accept the product. Please remember that after the product is received, you have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty. 

Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc. are not accepted. 

The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.

If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. The product refund to the credit card will be made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no savings during this period. 

If any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other situations are detected on the product or its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted back and the price will not be refunded. 

For any malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be contacted. 

In cases where the products are returned in accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer. 

Note:  Cash on delivery cargo is not accepted by our company.

After you receive the product you ordered, you can make a return/exchange within a maximum of 14 days. If there is a defect, tear or a problem with production in the product you received, the shipping fee for the return and exchange will be covered by us. However, if the product is to be changed for a size change, color change or any other reason, the shipping fee will be covered by the customer. Before the customer ships the product, they can contact our company and get a shipping code for return and exchange. Since a new product will be sent in the exchanges, the shipping fee will again be covered by the customer.  

Money order refunds will be made within 2 business days and credit card refunds will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire amount is returned to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer to. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected on your credit card by your bank as a positive balance every month.
